1. Rules for the Sportsbook
The rules and regulations are divided into General and Category for ease of understanding. Both General and Category rules and regulations will be referred to as rules and regulations. It is important that you make yourself aware of these rules and regulations. In addition to these rules and regulations, Event/Market Specific Rules that are found under Events and Markets on the Website shall be viewed as part of these rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations are part of the agreement between you and us. Terms and Conditions shall apply and all definitions from those terms and conditions shall apply to these rules and regulations.

If there are differences between the English original version and the translated version of this text the English version apply.
2. Terms and Conditions
Betsafe has the right to revise and update the rules and regulations at any time. The betting client is responsible to keep himself/herself updated of the current valid provisions. With the conclusion of a bet the betting client accepts the validity and applicability of the present betting provisions in the respective valid version.

Betsafe reserves the right to refuse personal account applications, to refuse the acceptance of bets, or to limit the amount of bets; without obligation of providing reason. No person or household will be allowed to have more than one Betsafe Sportsbook account. Betsafe reserves the right to terminate multiple accounts that fall within the Betsafe family of sportsbooks.

Betsafe reserves the right to trace double accounts and to terminate them. In this case all relevant data will be transferred to the most active account of the respective client. If a customer is found to have more than one account and have placed identical bets with the two accounts the client will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges which might result in confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets (even decided ones).

Betsafe does not accept bets when it is likely that customers act in agreement, or as a syndicate. Placing identical bets from more than one account and from the same IP address might be considered a syndicate even if the personal betting limits has not been reached. Syndicate betting is considered as fraud and may lead to reduction of betting limits, closing of account, confiscation of winnings and/or cancellation of all placed bets (even decided ones). Legal action may also be considered.

Betsafe does not assume liability for transmitted errors of betting data and results. No claim for damages can in any instance be made because of incorrect, delayed, manipulated or abusive transfer of data on the internet or because of other transmission errors of data and results.

Betsafe has at its absolute discretion the right to correct any palpable errors and to take the necessary steps to provide a fair service for its clients. A palpable error could be any incorrect information published in regard to an event. For example, incorrectly (reversed) setup handicap, wrong team/teams/participants, incorrect deadlines or technical errors etc.

We also reserve the right to correct obvious errors with the input of betting odds and/or the evaluation of betting results even after the event - or to declare affected bets void. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they place their bets correctly.

It is not allowed to place bets within the same coupon that has a correlation. This kind of bets could be deemed void even after the result of the event is known.

The betting client is responsible for the confidentiality of the personal accounts details and access information. Betsafe is not liable for bets which are concluded by third parties who get to know this information or any other account tampering due to client negligence.

It is the responsibility of the betting client to instantly report each amount mistakenly credited to his account. All winnings occurring as a result such error are invalid under whatever circumstances they occurred.

The bet is invalid if the actual date or time of the bet or necessary personal data of the betting client are missing due to transmission errors. The bet is paid back. Bets which are accepted after the beginning of a race, a game or an event are also declared invalid.

The minimum amount per bet is: Euro 0.10. The maximum winning per customer is limited to per bet, day, & week.

In case of fraud or attempted fraud especially regarding the placement of bets the betting client will instantly be revoked of his/her client privileges.

Bets from bookmakers as well as betting agents are not accepted. Bets on events in which the user is participating in the sport event (e.g. as a participating sportsman, as an owner, trainer or functionary of a participating club) are not permitted. In case this provision is not complied with, Betsafe is authorized to refuse payment of any winnings, and to cancel the bet or bets even after the bet has been settled.

3. Cashout
We may, at our absolute discretion, allow you to take a return on a wager you have made before settlement of the market on which the wager was placed (Cashout).

Cashout may be available on selected pre-match and In-Play sports markets via the internet, iPhone and Android app only. Cashout may not be available at all times.

Cashout is available for fixed odds wagers only.

Cashout is not available for:
• Wagers placed with free bets or risk-free bets; or
• Multi wagers, unless each individual leg or event within that multi wager is available for Cashout.
• System bets.

A predetermined settlement value (Cashout Price) may be offered based upon the selections, prizes taken and the current status of the wagering transaction.

Cashout may not be available for certain wagers placed on pre-match markets, where the event or match has already commenced (is in-play). For multi wagers, Cashout may not be available if any leg of the wager has been placed on a pre-match market and the event or match relating to such leg has already commenced (is in-play).

To Cashout a wager you must select “Confirm Cashout” or “Confirm” (a Cashout Request). You cannot cancel a Cashout Request once it has been confirmed.

We may, at our absolute discretion, choose to accept or decline a Cashout Request. A Cashout Request may not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to a change in odds or the suspension of a market (including any leg of a multi wager).

If a Cashout Request is not accepted for some reason, a message will be shown advising you that the Cashout Request was declined and a new Cashout Price may be offered to you. If you did not make a Cashout Request in relation to the new Cashout Price offered, settlement of the original wager will take place, based on the original instructions and odds when the wager was accepted.

Where a Cashout Request has been accepted:
• Your original wager will come to an end (be Cashed Out);
• We will pay you the Cashout Price;
• The original wager will be deemed to have been settled and we will have no further obligation to you in respect of the original wager. You will not receive any payout, dividend or refund in relation to the Cashed Out wager; and
• The occurrence or non-occurrence of the event(s) on which the original wager was placed will not create any additional rights or obligations to or for you.

The acceptance of a Cashout Request does not represent a new wager, it is an agreement to end the original wager early.

The Cashout Price is inclusive of your original stake. The Cashout Price is non-negotiable and will not exceed the value of the original estimated return.

You will not be eligible for any Bonuses or any other promotions in relation to wagers that have been successfully Cashed Out.

Any wager which is Cashed Out will not be considered a wager for the purposes of meeting any turnover or wagering requirements for Bonuses, rewards, prizes, or any tasks necessary to fulfil a campaign or promotional offering.

In the event that a Cashout Request has been accepted in error (including where a Cashout Price has been incorrectly offered) or an amount has been incorrectly credited to Your account in connection with a wager that has been Cashed Out, We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to adjust the account to the extent necessary to rectify the error or the incorrect credit. Such adjustment may include:
• settling the Cashout Request for an amount equal to the Cashout Price which would have been available in the absence of such error; or
• reversing the Cashout Request and settling the wager on the original wager instructions.
If, as a result of any such adjustment, the account goes into debit, we may recover from your account, as a debt due, the amount of the deficiency in the account.

We reserve the right to suspend, amend, restrict or cease to offer Cashout at any time, on any market or to any customer, without providing a reason or advance notification, even where Cashout has been advertised to a customer as being available. We are not liable for any losses which may arise in connection with Cashout not being available to a Customer, even in circumstances where Cashout has been advertised as being available for a particular event or at a particular time.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to void the original wager which was Cashed Out, refuse to Cashout a wager, or require repayment of any amounts paid by Us in respect of the original wager (including the Cashout Price) where:
• We reasonably suspect a wager or Cashout Request has been made by any individual or group of people (including, but not limited to relatives, organisations, bookmakers and their employees) acting together either in an attempt to defraud Us; or
• The original wager or the Cashout Request was made after the relevant event has finished; or
• Where we are otherwise entitled to void the original wager or require repayment under these Rules.

You acknowledge and accept that circumstances within or beyond Our control may prevent, limit or delay the operation of Cashout, and that We will not be liable to any person for any loss incurred or sustained in connection with or as a result of:
• Cashout being unavailable or delayed; and/or
• Any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by you, any customer or other third party, in connection with Cashout.

We are not liable for any losses which may arise in connection with a Customer’s use of the Cashout feature or a Cashout Request being accepted or declined by us.

Where a Customer has placed a wager on a market that was not available for Cashout at the time the wager was placed by the customer, the customer will not be able to make a Cashout Request in relation to that wager, even if we subsequently make Cashout available on that market.

Scoreboard services and other third-party information streams or provisions are provided for guidance only. We do not accept any liability for any bets cashed out based on information provided by these services.

Partial Cashout allows you to cash out a part of your bet while leaving a remainder of your stake to run and be settled upon the final score.
4. Bet Builder Rules
FOOTBALL

Any postponed or abandoned events will be voided unless continued within 48 hours of kick-off time.

Bet Builder bets placed on Football apply to 90 minutes plus injury time, unless it is explicitly stated that the bet applies to Extra-time and Penalties. Match officials determine whether the full 90 minutes and injury time has been played.

If any individual selection is void, or a player in the bet does not take any part in the match, then the whole bet will be made void.
For any obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any bets placed at that wrong price.

If an event is abandoned, any bets where the outcome has already been decided e.g. half-time result or first team to score will stand.

Instances where the ball hits the woodwork which results directly into a goal, do not count as woodwork being hit.

Who will win?

You're betting on: the result of the match, after 90 minutes plus injury time, e.g. Team A, Draw or Team B.

Who will score?
You're betting on: whether a nominated player will score a goal at any time during the course of the match (90 minutes plus injury time).
• Own goals do not count
• In abandoned matches, any player who has already scored at the time of abandonment will be settled as a winner.
• If the named player does not take part in the match, bets on that player will be void. If the player takes any part in the match, bets will stand.

• Extra-time does not count nor do cards shown after the final whistle count towards the total.
• Only cards shown to players currently on the pitch will count. Cards shown to managers or substitutes do not count towards the total.

What else will happen?
You're betting on: whether a nominated match event will occur during the match (90 minutes plus injury time), including:

• Whether a penalty will be awarded over the course of the match.
• Whether a penalty will be missed over the course of the match. This is any penalty taken that does not result in a goal from that kick. Missed penalties that are then re-taken do not count. Only a completed penalty outcome is applicable. (90 minutes plus injury time only).
• Whether a penalty will be scored over the course of the match (90 minutes plus injury time only).
• Whether a free kick will be scored over the course of a match. Any bets involving free-kick goals must be scored directly from a free-kick. Penalties do not count.
• Whether a player is sent off over the course of a match. Only cards awarded once the player is active in the match will count. Any cards that are shown after the final whistle do not count. A player to be sent off is settled on any active player that receives a red card, whether that is a straight red card or from 2 yellow cards which automatically results in a red card.
• Whether the woodwork is hit during active play over the course of a match.

How many team goals?
You're betting on: how many goals a nominated team will score within the match (90 minutes plus injury time) including:

• Whether the total number of team goals in the match will be above or below the stated total.

You're betting on: whether a nominated match event will occur to a nominated team during the match in 90 minutes plus injury time, including:

• Whether a penalty will be awarded for your nominated team over the course of the match.
• Whether a penalty will be missed by your nominated team over the course of the match. This is any penalty taken that does not result in a goal from that kick.
• Whether a penalty will be scored by your nominated team over the course of the match.
• Whether a player for your nominated team is sent off over the course of a match. Only cards awarded once the player is active in the match will count. Any cards that are shown after the final whistle do not count. A player to be sent off is settled on any active player that receives a red card, whether that is a straight red card or from 2 yellow cards which automatically results in a red card.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL

Betbuilder wagering rules - NFL

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder NFL bets will be settled.

A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.

1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All NFL SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.

For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a tie after overtime, even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a quarter, half or match finishes scoreless, then touchdown or point-scoring selections for that period (e.g. Player to Score a 1st Half Touchdown) will be settled as losers.

If one more selections in any bet are resulted as void due to the player(s) in question not participating in a game (as per section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void. Selections voided for other reasons (typically game abandonment or postponement) will be resulted according to the rules outlined in section 6 of this document.

2. OVERTIME

All NFL matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.

3. SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS

All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime if it occurs. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and overtime.

4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player participates in at least one play at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player does not participate in a single play during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score a touchdown in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player participated in the first play of the match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless
of having never been on the field during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced and did not participate in any plays whatsoever, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

If a match is postponed or incomplete, all bets will stand if the game is subsequently resumed or played within the same scheduling week of the NFL schedule (Thursday – Wednesday local stadium time) as the originally scheduled start time. All bets placed on games which are postponed and commence outside their originally designated scheduling week will be void, and stakes will be refunded.

6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the same scheduling week rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is halted during play, and then resumed and completed during the same scheduling week, all bets will stand also as per section 5. If a game is halted after commencing but prior to completion, and it is not resumed and completed within the same scheduling week, the following rules apply:

1. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet been on the field for at least one play. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

2. If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score a touchdown, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score a touchdown before the game was
subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total points selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

3. If a single selection of an SGM has lost and a match is then abandoned, the SGM will be treated as a loser, where regardless of the fact of abandonment, the selection(s) in question had been irrevocably concluded. For example, an SGM including a first team to score selection, in a game where the other team scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had
already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

4. If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total points selection, in a game abandoned while the total points are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total points selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

7. VENUE CHANGES
If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.

Betbuilder wagering rules - NCAAF

The following document details the rules under which all singles and same game multi (SGM) BetBuilder NCAAF bets will be settled.

A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a
‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.

1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All NCAAF SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.

However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced and did not participate in any plays whatsoever, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

If a match is postponed or incomplete, all bets will stand if the game is subsequently resumed or played within the same scheduling week of the NCAAF schedule as the originally scheduled start time. All bets placed on games which are postponed and commence outside their originally designated scheduling week will be void, and stakes will be refunded.

6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the same scheduling week rule for postponed matches as described above. For example, an SGM including a first team to score selection, in a game where the other team scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

In this case, the total points selection was still

7. VENUE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided.

BASKETBALL

A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.

1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All basketball SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a
loser. If one or more selections in any bet are resulted as void for any reason (such as a selected player not participating in the match – see section 4), the entire bet will be resulted as void.
For instance, selections on a team to win a match where it is a draw after overtime (or normal time if no overtime is to be played), even where the draw or tie may not have been offered through BetBuilder, will be settled as losers. This will not be relevant to NBA or NBL matches as they play repeated overtime periods until a team wins, but may be applicable to other basketball leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not.

2. OVERTIME

All basketball matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime.

3. SECOND HALF / FOURTH QUARTER MARKETS

All second half and fourth quarter market selections do include overtime periods if they occur. For example, a total second half points selection would include the points scored in both the second half and any overtime periods played.

4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player enters the court as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the court during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score 10.5+ points in the second half would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the court during the second half. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced, was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took to the court, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 24 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played which commence more than 24 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the 24 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.

6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 24-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:

1. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the court as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

2. If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total points selection and a certain player to score 10.5+ points, in a game where the required points have been reached and the player did score more than 10 points before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner.

For example, an SGM including a first player to score selection, in a game where a different player scored first and the match was subsequently then abandoned, will be treated as a loser. In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

ICE-HOCKEY

A BetBuilder SGM bet is the aggregate bet comprised of all constituent selections. Any reference to a ‘bet’ within this document refers to the entire contents of a BetBuilder betslip. Any reference to a ‘selection’ refers to one selection within the related bet.

1. SELECTION AND BET RESULTS

All ice hockey SGM selections must win (no ties, draws or pushes) for a bet to be deemed a winner. A selection that does not win, unless explicitly specified within this document, will be settled as a loser.

This will not be relevant to NHL matches as they advance to shootouts after a tied overtime period (regular season) or play open-ended sudden death overtime (playoffs) but may be applicable to other ice hockey leagues or competitions as per their individual competition rules. Similarly, ‘Race to X’ selections where neither team reaches the selected score will be settled as losers, regardless of whether a ‘neither team to reach X’ selection was available as an alternate selection or not. If a period finishes scoreless, then goalscoring selections such as First or Last Goalscorer for that period will be settled as losers.

2. OVERTIME / SHOOTOUTS

All ice hockey matches will be settled on the official declared result including any overtime and shootouts. Goals scored in shootouts are disregarded for settlement purposes. The goal assigned to the score of a winning team after a shootout (e.g. the only goal in a game that finishes 0-0 after overtime and therefore 1-0 after the shootout) counts for the purposes of total game score and total team goal selections, but is not assigned to a player and does not count towards the settlement of any player scoring markets.

3. THIRD PERIOD MARKETS

All third period market selections do include overtime and the resultant goal from shootouts if they occur. For example, a total third period goals selection would include the goals scored in both the third period and the winning goal from either overtime or resulting from the shootout.

4. PLAYER-SPECIFIC MARKETS

All player selections will be considered active if a player takes to the rink as an active player at any point of the relevant match, regardless of whether the selection in question references a specific period of the match. If a player never enters the rink during a match, selections specific to that player will be void. For instance, a selection on a certain player to score in the third period would be active (and therefore settled as a loser) if that player played the first two minutes of a match, was injured, and did not return to the game, regardless of having never been on the ice during the third period. However, if that player was injured shortly before the game commenced, was withdrawn from the starting lineup (or bench) and never took the ice, the selection and therefore bet would be void.

5. POSTPONED AND INCOMPLETE MATCHES

Where a match is postponed or incomplete, and subsequently resumed or played within 24 hours (inclusive) of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand. All bets placed on games played
which commence more than 24 hours past the originally scheduled start time will be void. Once the
24 hours have expired, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.

6. ABANDONED MATCHES

If a game is abandoned prior to commencement, it falls within the 24-hour rule for postponed matches as described above. If it is abandoned after commencing but before its natural end point, the following rules apply:

1. SGMs will be void if they include at least one selection involving a player who has not yet entered the rink as an active player. The rules outlined below are all applied subject to and subsequent to the application of this rule.

2. If every selection within an SGM on the game is already a winner where the fact of abandonment had no impact on the outcome of each selection, the SGM in its entirety will be treated as a winner. For example, a 2-leg SGM containing an over total goals selection and a certain player to score, in a game where the required goals have been reached and the player did score before the game was subsequently abandoned, will be treated as a winner. In this case, the abandonment had no impact on either selection. The same would not apply to an under total goals selection where a game is abandoned while the total score is still under the chosen number, as the abandonment would impact that outcome.

In this case, the bet had already lost, and this outcome could not be affected in any way by whether the game was subsequently abandoned or not.

4. If there are no losing selections within an SGM and at least one void selection at the time of a match abandonment, the SGM will be treated as void. This rule applies where one or more selections are still undecided at abandonment, and may have won or lost if the game had been completed as scheduled. For example, an SGM including an over total goals selection, in a game abandoned while the total goals are still below the required amount, will be treated as void. In this case, the total goals selection was still undecided and may have won or lost but for the abandonment, so the bet will be voided.

7. VENUE CHANGES

If the venue of a match is changed from the one advertised, all bets on that match will be voided
5. General rules
If nothing else is specifically stated in the rules and regulations below or in the Event/Market Specific Rules on the Website, the decision of the official governing body relating to the Event at 24:00 hours (local time on the day of event) shall determine the result. Disqualifications or any other changes to the outcome of the Event after this time are irrelevant for betting purposes if an official result already exists.

Betsafe will attempt to close the events, i.e. settle markets, as soon as possible after event completion, but will not make any guarantees for maximum delays. When the result of a bet determined before the event is complete will be settled as per our rules even if the event is abandoned or the length of the event is shortened for whatever reason.

Be sure to check your slip before you confirm your bet. Unfortunately we do not process requests to void any bets that were made by mistake.

In case of contradictions between the rules and regulations and other parts of the Agreement for Clients the following order of priority shall apply (1 overrules 2 & 3 etc.):

1. Event/Market Specific Rules
2. Rules and regulations
3. Terms and conditions
6. Abandoned events
In case a betting event is discontinued the current score at that point in time counts if the minimum requirements are fulfilled for the specific sport or there exist an official result within 36 hours of the deadline. The markets on the event that are already decided will be valid, for instance “half time” result in a match abandoned in second half. All other markets on this betting event are rated at 1.00.

In case an event is abandoned and is scheduled to restart from the beginning, all bets placed before the initial match which were still undetermined prior to abandonment will be declared void regardless of whether or when the match is continued.
7. Cancellations
All related bets to cancelled events will be void, and the stakes will be transferred back to involved parties. Multiple bets will be calculated again excluding the event that was abandoned.
8. Changes to venue
Only if the venue is changed to the former away team’s home venue, all related bets are deemed void. If the event is changed to another venue, all related bets are still valid. This rule will only apply for events where the parties have a home arena.
9. Dead heats
In case two or more participants at an outright event are declared winners the odds for the participants in the outright will be divided by the number of participants involved in the draw scenario.
10. No show
In case of a participant not attending a particular event as scheduled, all related bets are still valid unless the event thereby is cancelled. Example: If Usain Bolt fails to show up at the World Championships, bets relating to Usain Bolt as winner etc are still valid for outright betting.
11. Postponed events
A bet is declared void on a cancelled or a postponed match or event, which within 12 hours after the original official scheduled start time has not been started.
12. Live betting
Betsafe reserves the right to void bets taken at an incorrect price due to delayed ‘Live’ coverage of an event and where a team has gained a significant advantage. We also reserve the right to suspend betting during an event due to failed transmission or other technical related issues or if we suspect fraud. The deadline for placing bets may vary between different events. We do not tolerate deliberate and repeated incidents of late betting, this will be considered to be fraud and we will deal with it accordingly. We assume no responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors. In particular, we reserve the right to correct obvious errors with the input of betting odds and/or the evaluation of betting results even after the event - or to declare affected bets void. Betsafe assumes no liability for the accuracy of live scores, statistics or other information/data that we provide for the live betting. The score displayed and further information (e.g. time, scorer) on site is for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
13. Odds format
As a customer you have the possibility to select your preferred odds format between Decimal, Fractions, and American odds. Once this format is saved while logged in, the saving is set in your browser settings. It is important to note that all calculations with respect to Payouts of a betslip uses the decimal format. The decimal format will always be equal or higher than the other formats available per selection resulting in a higher or equal payout.
14. Outright
No refunds for non starters and unlisted winners. For ‘Place’ offers ‘Dead heat Rules’ do not apply, and winning bets will be paid the full listed odds regardless if there are more winning participants than places resulting from draws. In the case that there is more than one winner of a ‘Win’ or ‘Group’ outright, then the ‘Dead Heat Rule’ will apply.
15. Other
Betsafe reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that: the result of an event becomes publicly known before the end of the event; bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to an error.

Stakes will be refunded if one or both of the horses in a head-to-head are non-runners, if the race is abandoned or if both horses fail to complete the course/fail to record an official time.

Stakes will be refunded if at least one of the horses withdraws before the race and if there are withdrawals in one or both races according to the following:

H2H Couple:
Two participants are combined to form a "team". The "team" with the best (individual) final result (of an individual participant) wins the duel. If one or more participants do not start, the stakes will be refunded.

H2H Time Handicap:
The horse that finishes with the best kilometer time, including the time handicap, wins the duel.

For example: If horse A gets 15,0 in kilometer time and is handicapped with 0,2 seconds, its total kilometer time will then be 15,2 seconds. If horse B, who is not handicapped, gets 15,1 in kilometer time, the H2H is won by horse B. Should the horses end up with the same kilometer time, the draw alternative will be the correct one. If, for any reason, there are no official times for the horses, the following rules stand for Time Handicap:

Bets will be cancelled if the handicapped horse is ahead of his opponent in the result list, and they both finish the race.

If the handicapped horse (by 0.1 sec or more) is after the opponent in the result list, the opponent is the winner of the duel. The opponent must also finish the race.

If one of the horses fails to finish the race, the other one wins the duel. If none of the horses finishes the race, bets are cancelled.

17. Reward Restrictions
SPORTSBOOK REWARD RESTRICTIONS – HOW IT WORKS

Promotional offers are intended to enhance your enjoyment of our product; however, we reserve the right to regulate how you use our promotions before you are allowed to cash them in.

This would be why some of your bets would not count towards the wagering requirement of bonuses, points towards Sportsbook Leaderboards, and progress towards The Betsafe Million or other ‘Bet & Get’ offers.

Betsafe does not allow ‘backing of both sides’ or betting on multiple selections within a market/fixture combination that unfairly release bonuses or rewards.

In market combinations that only have two or three potential outcomes (for example football full-time result or over/under 2.5 goals), where you have placed bets on more than one potential outcome, either pre-match or in-play, only the individual selection with your highest cumulative stake will count towards rewards and bonus wagering.

Example: If you have placed a bet of €10 on Tottenham to beat Liverpool, and an additional €15 bet on Liverpool to beat Tottenham on the full-time result market, only the stake of €15 - the highest stake - will count towards any rewards. If you place an additional bet of €5 on Liverpool to beat Tottenham, then the full cumulative stake of €20 will count towards rewards.

Please be mindful that Sportsbook Leaderboards only count winning bets, so in the example above, should Tottenham go on to win, you will not receive any points as your highest cumulative stake of €20 was placed on Liverpool to win.

In addition, this restriction also applies when you have placed bets on any market combinations, either pre-match or in-play, that limits your overall risk. Only the outcome with your highest cumulative stake will count towards rewards. An example of such betting patterns would be if you place a bet of ‘Over 0.5 goals’ and an additional bet of ‘Correct score 0-0’. When placing accumulator bets, the bet size is calculated as a proportion of the overall added odds in the coupon. All accumulator bets are subject to reward restrictions.

Example: If you have placed a single bet of €5 on Argentina to beat Brazil, and then included a draw selection for the Argentina vs Brazil match in a threefold accumulator with a stake of €15, then this would be considered to be ‘backing of both sides’. The highest stake, and the coupon that would count toward rewards, would be determined like this:

Coupon 1:

• Coupon Stake: €5
• Single Bet (subject to restriction): Match Result - Argentina to beat Brazil

Coupon 2:

• Coupon Stake: €15
• Accumulator:

o Selection 1 (subject to restriction): Match Result Draw, Argentina vs Brazil. Odds: 3.5
o Selection 2: Match Result, Real Madrid to beat Atletico Madrid. Odds: 1.8
o Selection 3: Match Result, Man City to beat Man United. Odds: 1.2

• Selection 1 (subject to restriction), with odds 3.5, represents 53.84% of the total coupon (3.5 odds in selection / Total added coupon odds of 6.5)
• Calculated stake of selection 1: €8.07 (53.84% of total coupon stake of €15)

In this example, the accumulator coupon with a stake of €15 (of which, a portion of €8.07, prorated according to the odds ratio, is attributed to selection Match Result Draw, Argentina vs Brazil) would count towards rewards, and the single bet of €5 would be excluded.

Note: All wagering towards Sportsbook rewards, for example ‘Bet €20, and get a €5 Free Bet’, is determined upon bet settlement, and if you cash out, or partly cash out your bet, it will not count towards the wagering criteria and trigger the reward.
